PAY ATTENTION TO THE ‘BUTs’

PAY ATTENTION TO THE ‘BUTs’

78/365

2 Kings 15:1 Now Naaman, commander of the army of the king of Syria, was a great and honorable man in the eyes of his master, because by him the LORD had given victory to Syria. He was also a mighty man of valor, but a leper.

Naaman was no exception: he was a man of results, a man of valour, a man who was regarded in high esteem by his master BUT…

So it follows then that no one really has it all figured out. We all have our ‘BUTs’ – the things which can be classified as are weaknesses, the chinks in our armours, the cracks in our walls. These are things which may not immediately impact the overall stability of our structures or  impede the execution of our assignments because Naaman continued producing results regardless.

However, all ‘BUTs’ require attention in due season. For if left unaddressed, a chink will become a dent and a crack, a chasm. That is how things go from bad to worse.
