DAY 343 OF 365 IN 2021

THINGS INEXPLICABLE
Isaiah 41:19-20 I will plant trees in the barren desert— cedar, acacia, myrtle, olive, cypress, fir, and pine. so that all may see and know, may consider and understand, that the hand of the LORD has done this and the Holy One of Israel has created it.”
There are many things which although were once inexplicable, can now be explained through the scientific process. Examples are how certain ailments or natural phenomena occur.
However, there are some things that remain in the realm of inexplicability and the reason for such is as we read in today’s message from the Prophet Isaiah ‘that all may see, know and understand that it is the working of the Lord’.
The trees that were to be planted in the dessert had no place flourishing there, but God expresses his intent and ability to make them blossom even in the midst of unfamiliar and hostile territory. As humans, we like to be able to explain each of life’s processes and every occurrence because having answers gives a jolt of excitement, a sense of achievement.
Yet, there are some things which will remain beyond the scope of our ability to explain because God’s hand is directly involved. You may see some contacts as coincidences or chances, even planned. But there has to be a dimension in your life, the events around which you find inexplicable. It is simply because there is a higher hand at work.
