DIVISION: THE FASTEST WAY TO DESTROY

Team sports are meant to be exactly that, played as a team. You run into problems when the team begins to fight each other. Think of a football match where members of the same team tackle each other and score own goals intentionally. That is a disaster.

Therefore, the fastest way to destroy any system is to build walls within the system. After these walls are erected, often as a result of miscommunication, misrepresentation, or misjudgement, it becomes challenging to shout beyond those walls and even futile to try to climb over them.

Jesus was explicit, ‘a kingdom divided against itself is laid waste and a divided household falls (Luke 11:17)’ No one makes it fall, it falls on its own accord because it chips away at its own foundation and eats away at its own joints. And that kingdom can be more anything: the human body, external relationships, families, businesses, churches etc.
