DON’T JUST RUN
Acts 9:6 So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?” Then the Lord said to him, “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”
Before Paul went into the city of Damascus to await instruction on what he was appointed to do, he had been doing something. This encounter with Jesus on the way then reset the course of his life
Whenever you run, you move forward. It does not matter in which direction, but one gets further when they run.
So before you run, it is worth checking that the direction and destination you have in mind are actually where you ought to be headed. Otherwise, there is the real prospect of running so fast and so far ahead in a direction you have no role heading to.
You might arrive in no mans land and would have expended your energy and zeal on an assignment that was not yours to complete and a race not yours to run.
