Many credit cards come with repayment plans, the minimum payment, a fixed amount or paying off everything that has been spent each month. These plans are intended to minimise defaulted payments which are bad for one’s credit rating to say the very least. Financial institutions are often happy to increase how much they lend if one manages their credit well.
We may be talking about money above, but our minds are also drawn to receiving from God. As a father, He is happy when his commandments are followed and his children do that which pleases Him. On such terms, His hands are open wide and His grip softened on the things we ask of Him.
To receive from the father then, we have to do that which pleases Him. And just so you know, “you cannot pretend your way to receive, not from God”.
