HOW REAL IS YOUR FAITH?

Luke 17:5 And the apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith.

Sometimes I have the feeling my faith has not been tested enough. I wonder if I am pushed to the point where others have been and kept the faith, would I break? Would I remain a faithful servant firmly holding on to the word or abandon it and run for dear life?

If the disciples of Jesus thought of anything along this line, then I am not surprised they made the request they did: Lord, increase our faith. Yet in response, Jesus’ answer does not directly say ‘No, I wont’, but rather even faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains. It wasn’t the size of the faith that mattered, but how real that faith was.

So today I ask you: ‘not how big is your faith, but how real is your faith?
