SOMETHING JUST FOR YOU!

Luke 3:10 And the people asked him, saying, What shall we do then?

Whenever someone asks the question: ‘what should I do’, it often means they have come to a cross road or need information in other to press on. To such questions, one is normally expected to have a reasonable answer to offer because the question of what to do, is often posed tactfully; only to certain people.

John found himself in a position tasked with proclaiming the good news to diverse populations: from tax collectors, to soldiers, right down to the common folk. Each of these wanted direction from John and considering his responses, it becomes evident that to John, GOD had given the tongue of the learned, that he should know how to speak a specific word in season to his audience. Hence, he had responses for everyone.

What is even more unique is the variety in the answers provided to the very same question. Each answer was bespoke to a specific audience: there was ‘SOMETHING UNIQUE FOR EVERYONE’. Beloved, that is how God still operates, He has something specific for each of us. Even within the same message, there is a distinctive applicability in our individual lives, that is what we ought to seek.

Remember # don’t only see what everyone sees, there is something meant only for you.
