REMAIN IN THE QUIVER

Isaiah 49:2 He made my mouth like a sharpened sword, in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me into a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

As the Archer, God determines when you come out of the quiver to be fired towards a target. He knows when polished arrows like yourself are required in battle and at what phase or what stage. He chooses the targets to fire you towards.

The image of an arrow is a classical example of absolute dependence because every arrow is dependent on the archer. The archer determines which arrow head to use, what length of body to use and what material to employ. The arrow is also dependent on the archer’s choice of bow.

Don’t be in a hurry to come out of the quiver when God the archer has not determined the target for which you have to be sent towards.
