YOU MAY HAVE TO FIGHT, NOT MOVE!

DAY 115/366

Reference text: Acts 14:1-28

When an individual commits an offence requiring arrest and subsequent prosecution, an international arrest warrant can be issued. Thus, unless they move to nations that do not generally comply with international law, they could be arrested anywhere they flee to.

Likewise, in life, which despite appearing only physical, is more spiritual than physical, unless one deals with the origins of some things, it is a fallacy to think that a change in location will necessarily result in a change in circumstance.  After Paul had preached in Iconium and won many of the Jews to God, it became apparent that the disciples had become enemies of state. Luckily, they fled to Lystra when they got wind that they were to be stoned.

Yet as we read, the Jews followed them up in Lystra, and were even succeeded in convincing a whole new set of individuals to stone Paul, just as they had intended to in Iconium. Although he lived after being stoned, the lesson is there for us to see.

Beloved, when a verdict of evil is issued against you, everything and everyone can become a tool to be used for its execution. A change in your location will not automate your exemption. You therefore have to appeal every verdict, taking cover through the exemption in the blood of Jesus or be ready to fight if required.

Some happenings will not stop just because you changed location, you may have to do battle.
