DAY 94/366

It seems one of the hardest things for any person to easily accept is for their hard earned efforts to be attributed to another person. It can be such a big blow that it could trigger a significant response from those affected. In the like manner, it could be equally as hard to attribute results to another person as it makes it seem as though you had no role to play or are incompetent.
Peter’s words today resonate about you, much with the words of John the Baptist ‘He must increase, but I must decrease’ (John 3:30). Peter spoke thus ‘
“Fellow Israelites, why does this surprise you? Why do you stare at us as if by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk? (Acts 3:12)
So the question to think about is ‘do you know how to, and can you let God take the glory?’ Do you know what it means to retreat behind the scenes and allow your life, your results or achievement, be attributed to Jesus? Are you able to make it not about you, but Him? Until you come to this point, you may not become a recipient of the excellency of His strength.
