HE WHO SITS IN HEAVEN LAUGHS

I have been stuck in a loop today on the words found in Psalm 2:4 "

The One enthroned in heaven laughs; the Lord scoffs at them."

Often, when one laughs in the face of a challenge that makes everyone else shudder, it is because they know something others don’t. God laughs while men panic because nothing takes God by surprise. There is nothing that creeps up on Him suddenly.

That would be possible for a sleeping or slumbering man, but the God who watches over Israel will neither slumber (briefly) nor sleep (soundly)(Ps 121:4). That is why He can laugh. All the plots that appear to be a culmination of effort to frustrate your walk, derail your smooth advance and hinder your progress, have already been seen.

They have been strategically left to play their part in your rising and arriving. All things, under the watchful eyes of the God who neither slumbers nor sleeps, are been orchestrated to work together for your good.
