Mark 6:2 When the Sabbath came, he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were amazed. “Where did this man get these things?” they asked. “What’s this wisdom that has been given him? What are these remarkable miracles he is performing?

Even though it may appear every life is built on the strands of hardwork, there are many times when the hand of God is at work to cause shifts and transitions that leave gaps in the scope of a person’s understanding and story. The only answer to those gaps is ‘I don’t know or it is the working of the Lord’, the latter being more accurate.

The people asked ‘a where, a what and a how question about Jesus’ ministry, but had no answer to either. They could not trace His results to his family nor his upbringing, and that is the point they ought to have realised “another hand is at work”. It is only a man striving alone who attempts to explain all his results. For the one walking with God, that same God is enough reason for their victory.

There should always remain an inexplicable dimension in your life because if you can point out the reason for every result, every event, every victory and every rising, then you nothing but a person full of pride.
