DAY 213

Exodus 33:7 Now Moses used to take the tent and pitch it outside the camp, a good distance from the camp, and he called it the tent of meeting. And everyone who sought the LORD would go out to the tent of meeting which was outside the camp.
There are times when we think that it is always God who seeks us out to find us. Rightly so, but when we are found, any further pursuit of Him is very much dependent on us.
Isn’t it interesting that the tent of meeting, which Moses pitched, was situated far away from the camp and required that anyone desiring to seek God, had to make the journey out of the camp.
There is much to do if we are to receive more of God. Intimacy with Him has to be initiated, nurtured and sustained. You have to make the trip outside your tent; outside your place of comfort.
