THE RIGHT ANSWER

Ephesians 2:19 So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family.

When faced with a question that requires choosing the right answer out of say five options, one approach is to use elimination to identify what isn’t the answer. However, the easiest way is to know what the answer is and choose it.

Paul’s reminder in his letter to the Ephesians draws from such a reference and is also very similar to the response John gives “…I am not the Messiah…I am the voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Make straight the way for the Lord.’”(John 1:20-23)

The knowledge of who you are not will guide your walk to ensure you do not strive to fit into the shoes of another person. However, it is only the knowledge of who you are that sets you up to live according to purpose to fulfil destiny.

Therefore, knowing who you are not, isn’t enough. You have to know who you are.
