DAY 160

Psalms 146:1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise the LORD, O my soul.
Sometimes you wake with different postures of heart: one might be worship, where you might awake with an awe of who God is. His majesty draws you a worship. However, there are days when one appears to break out in praise. Praise not because of the majesty of God, but because one has caught on to a revelation of the ‘goodness of God’.
The Psalmist sings today ‘My soul give praise to the Lord. This revelation looks well beyond current happenings and at the nature of God as goodness itself. Things may not be 100% and one may be facing a battalion of challenges, yet praise can find it’s way out of your soul because it is not circumstances dependent.
The provoker of praise, therefore, is a revelation of the goodness of God, built on the acknowledgement of what He has done, what He is doing and what He will do. You can be certain they will be good.
