DO YOU HAVE JESUS?

DAY 125

John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Are you on ‘a way’, are you on ‘the
way?
Do you have your truth or do you have the truth?
Are you alive or do you have life?

These may sound like deep philosophical questions that have been thrown at you and are aimed not at draining energy out of you through persistent thinking. However, their real purpose is to ask one overarching question ‘do you have Jesus?’

So yes, the way, the truth and the life is called Jesus. Weighted against all things, the name and person of Jesus is indeed worth more than all the wealth the world has. You can be on a way, have a version of your truth or even be alive, but none of those beats  ‘having Jesus’.

If you wanted one man to be all you had, I recommended that man to be Jesus – He is the way, the truth and the life truly God and also truly man
