When one has to recruit for a position, after obtaining a clear job description, the remainder is to find a candidate with the credentials to fit the role. A review of the skill set is the first layer, even better if they possess a proven and verifiable track record if achievement.

A cherry on top would be if they stood out and had attained unparalleled mastery at in whatever they did. A few questions, think of them as interview questions aimed at ascertaining the credentials of Interviewees from Job chapter 38.

"Have you explored the springs of the sea? Or have you walked in the recesses of the deep?
Where is the way where light dwells? And as for darkness, where is its abode, That you may conduct it to its home, and may know the paths to its house?
Who has prepared a channel for the torrents of rain, or a path for the thunderbolt,
To cause it to rain on the uninhabited land [and] on the desert where no man lives,"

No man can deem to know the answers to these that is why we can agree with the words of the Psalmist today:” Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who only doeth wondrous things” (72:8). There is a reason God is called Almighty- He can do what you cannot.
